Delivery outside mainland France

A requested delivery date must be stated for all product deliveries from our laboratory so that your order can be validated. This delivery date will be systematically reviewed by our Customer Relations Managers who will be responsible for validating your order. Orders must be placed before 2 p.m. to ensure that they can be processed on the same day.

If it is not possible to deliver on the requested date, you will be informed of the earliest date on which your parcel can leave our laboratory within 24 hours.

The “comments” field provided when your order is validated can be used to enter any comments or specific information relating to your order.

Once your order has been validated by our services, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt listing all the elements of your order, the delivery date and the transport company’s tracking number so that your parcel can be traced.

  

Parcel returns

With the exception of leased supplies, returns are not permitted.

We should point out that leased products are the property of Eurofins and must be returned to us even if no samples have been taken:

  • These products must be ordered as close as possible to the planned sampling date.
  • They must be returned to us within a maximum of 6 weeks from receipt.
  • If these products are not returned or are damaged, you will be charged the purchase price applied by our supplier.
